Privacy Policy

We collect what we need - and nothing we don't.

This page describes what information The Holmor Group LLC collects when you visit our site, request a free demo, or get in touch. We keep it minimal, we don't track you across the web, and we never sell it. We wrote it in plain language so you actually finish reading it.

Effective June 24, 2026

What we collect

Four categories. That's the whole list.

Information you give us
01

Free-demo and contact-form submissions: your name, business name, email, an optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you reach out by email or phone, we keep what you send so we can answer it.

Technical information
02

When you browse the site we automatically receive standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, referring page, and the routes you visit. We use this for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and basic operational diagnostics.

Essential cookies only
03

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. A small number of essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security and load balancing.

What we don't collect
04

There are no logins, accounts, or passwords on this site, and we never take payment details here. (Existing clients manage their site on our partner CloudBuddy's platform, which has its own privacy policy.)

How we use it

Three purposes. No advertising profiles.

01 / DELIVER

To respond to what you asked for - demos, quotes, and answers.

  • Responding to free-demo and contact requests.
  • Preparing a tailored demo or quote for your business.
  • Following up with you about your project by email or phone.
  • Sending you the information you requested.
02 / OPERATE

To keep the site running safely - uptime, security, and abuse prevention.

  • Rate-limiting public forms so flood and brute-force attempts fail.
  • Filtering spam and bot submissions with a honeypot field.
  • Diagnosing errors and investigating suspicious activity when it surfaces.
  • Nothing more - there is no profile being built about you.
03 / RESPECT

To improve the work we do - without selling anyone's information.

  • Understanding which services owners ask about most.
  • Following up with leads who asked us to be in touch.
  • Refining our pricing and the demos we publish.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Period.
Who we share with

A short, named list - no surprise third parties.

CloudBuddy (build & service partner)

If you become a client, your project details are shared with CloudBuddy so they can build, host, and maintain your site. Ongoing client site management happens on CloudBuddy's platform under its own privacy policy.

Vercel

Our hosting provider serves every request to this site and stores standard server logs for security and performance. They do not receive anything beyond ordinary request data.

Resend

Used to deliver your form submission to us by email. They receive only the message and the email addresses needed to route it.

Legal obligations

We will disclose information when required by valid legal process, or when narrowly necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of our clients, our visitors, or our business.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you - and not longer.

Free-demo and contact submissions are kept while we're actively in conversation and for a reasonable follow-up window after. We don't run a customer database on this site - once you become a client, your records live on CloudBuddy's platform under its retention terms.

Server logs used for security and rate limiting are retained for a short operational window and then rotated out. If you ask us to delete your contact information, we will - except for records we are legally required to keep (tax records and the like), which are isolated from active use.

Your rights

You can ask us anything about your data - and tell us what to do with it.

  • Ask us what we have on file for you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your contact information, subject to records we're required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing follow-up at any time - we treat any reply asking us to stop as a removal request.
  • Opt out of the small number of essential cookies using your browser controls; the site still works without them.

To exercise any of these rights, reach us at alex@theholmorgroup.com. We'll confirm the request, verify identity where appropriate, and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Our services are intended for business owners and operators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Jurisdiction

The Holmor Group LLC is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Information you submit is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the US, you consent to that transfer.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted here.
